Vitamins and suppliments to help with back pain

When I went to the VAX-D clinic, they had me on a pretty strict program of vitamins and suppliments. Over time I came to believe that these really made a difference. Here is the breakdown:

Vitamin C - Massive doses

Magneseum

Vitamin B Complex

A good multi-vitamin

Omega 3

Again, I am not sure if these really make a difference, but it seems that when I go without them for any period of time, my back gets worse, and when I stick with them, it tends to stay better. It may be all in my head, but I'll allow it to be in my head as long as I am out of pain :-)
