Solutions for people suffering from Sciatica and Herniated Discs
Welcome! If you are here, my guess is that you are suffering from low back pain as I have for several years. In 2003, my life changed as I stood up one day. Suddenly I could no longer sit. I threw my back out. It turned out that I herniated L4/L5 and L5/S1. My back was on fire, and I had a case of sciatica from hell. That started me on a research venture that drove me crazy. I found so much on the net, and so little at the same time. Whenever I found something cool, it was wrapped by someone trying to sell me something. This site will sell nothing. It is just a compendium of what I have learned, and my thoughts on several issues and solutions.
By reading these pages, you will gain from my countless hours of research, as well as a ton of trial and error.

Back Surgery
I had it, and wish I hadn't. I'm not one of those holistic healing people... My attitude in life is that if surgery will fix it, show me the knife. That was horrible thinking, and I wish I hadn't done it. Click here for my endoscopic discectomy story, it may save you.
Non Surgical Options
If you read my surgery story, you may be interested to learn that I blew my back out again just one year later. This time I opted for something else, and I more or less swear by it. Click here to read my VAX-D story.
